             Vault Doors

BBS has combined the best of American engineering and European design to bring you the Elan - the next generation of vault doors. Today, the Élan door is unparalleled in the industry.  With its full stainless steel finish, the Élan is an attractive addition to bank branch security.  It comes complete with a proprietary hinge system, 1 inch steel base plate, three movement S&G gear drive offset spindle, four wheel vault door combination locks, bar style or Lexan daygate, and day hold open devices.  For use on poured vaults or with our modular vaults, these doors can be grouted or groutless.  

                                                                                                                Modular Vaults 

Our Modular Vaults can be installed and ready for use in a few days.  In comparison, poured- in- place vaults often require six to eight weeks to complete and have high levels of humidity weeks later.  Using our Modular Vault Systems you get full use of your premises much earlier. 
Our heavyweight vault panels are constructed with high density concrete and 1/2 inch rebar steel.  Single panel houses alarm, electric and phone access conduits are available.  The panel mating technology provides the best fitting vault structure available.  To control the vault environment, UL approved HVAC  ports are available.
The barrier material for our lightweight panels is constructed within a steel frame for a tight fit.  The panels are all preassembled and numbered in the factory to ensure proper installation.
We can build vaults for the 50th floor as easily as for the ground floor or the basement.  We can build vaults around existing vaults, add on to, or build inside existing vaults.  Our engineering department will work with you to design and manufacture a vault that will meet you specific needs.  Full architectural drawings are provided.

         AM VAULT

AMVAULT High Security Composite safes have passed Underwriter’s Laboratories most recent testing procedures ensuring you today’s best protection. AMVAULT TL-15 and TL-30 U.L. listed composite safes qualify for Merchantile & Broadform Insurance Class ER (TL-15) and F (TL-30) with a Bank Rating of BR (TL-15) and G (TL-30). Two Hour Class 350°F manufacturers’ fire label.

During extreme testing procedures, AMVAULT composite safes demonstrated the ability to withstand severe attacks by experienced U.L. experts using powerful tools such as sledgehammers, power saws, carbide disc cutters, drills, etc., and without fail, were awarded the U.L. TL-15 and TL-30 labels. Besides withstanding the most concentrated attacks by sophisticated burglars, each AMVAULT safe offers a Two Hour, 350° F factory fire test certification, ensuring the protection of the vault's contents against intense fires.

We specialize in manufacturing custom safes for supermarkets, banks, restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations, hotels, mini-marts and other businesses. With over 50 years experience building custom safes, we have the knowledge and expertise to design a safe to meet your cash handling requirements. Our engineering department is equipped with the latest in computer-aided design (CAD) systems for rapid creation of detailed sales sketches, concept drawings, final product prints and design modifications to help you visualize how the safe will look and function. Custom safes are available in every insurance classification from “B” Rate to U.L. listed TL-30 models.
