security modular vault panels as a substitute for site poured, in
place, concrete vaults.
The advantages are many:
Wall
thickness have been drastically reduced, adding needed space inside
the vault
while reducing costly floor space in buildings.
Using our competitively priced modular panels, the vault room
can take any desired shape.
At any future time the vault can be expanded
or reduced in size.
It can also be moved and installed in another location.
Our
modular panels are often installed within existing concrete vaults
to increase security and create a UL listed environment not
available with poured in place vaults.
Today, industries other than financial institutions install
modular panel vaults.

and 1/2 inch rebar steel. The panel mating technology provides the
best fitting vault structure available. U.L. approved HVAC ports are

Ventilating Port
- The Vault Ventilating Port has
passed Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) Class M, 1, 2, 3
Burglary-Resistant test, and each panel bears the UL listed
label with it.
- The surface of Vault Ventilating
Port consists of galvanized steel with composite material filled
inside, and the compressive strength of material is 30,000psi.
The
Air way of Vault Ventilating Port is an offset design. Its
surroundings connect with Vault Panel entirely. The
material of Vault Ventilating Port has to be identical with
Vault Panel. The compressive strength of material must be
reached 30,000psi.
Air
Guard System
Features
- The Air Guard can automatically
activate itself - to open or close - according to Vault Door's
status.
- The Air Guard will close
automatically when power fail and when power is restored, it
will automatically reset itself.
- When the Air Guard closed, it can
cut off the circulation of heat, flame and smoke between inside
and outside the Vault.
- The Air Guard is equipped with
sensors for detecting smoke and heat. When the temperature
is excessive or a heavy smoke occurs, the Air Guard will close
automatically to secure the valuables in the vault.
