Addressable
Control Panels
MS-9600
636-Point Intelligent Control
The
MS-9600 is a compact, cost-effective, intelligent addressable
fire alarm control panel with a capacity of 636 addressable devices
on two loops (2nd loop
optional). A single Signaling Line Circuit (SLC) loop supports up to
159 smoke detectors and 159 control or monitor modules. The panel
uses surface-mount technology and is designed for ease of
installation and programming. It features the latest in advanced
fire protection technology, including maintenance alert and
automatic detector test.
Addressable
Detectors and Modules
These
addressable low-profile plug-in Photoelectric Detectors, Ionization
Detectors, Heat Detectors and Duct Detectors are state-of-the-art
modules which communicate with an addressable Fire Alarm Control
Panel. Since these detector are addressable, they help emergency
personnel quickly locate a fire during its early stages, potentially
saving precious rescue time while also reducing property damage. Two
LEDs on each sensor light to provide a local, visible sensor
indication. Remote LED annunciator capability is available as an
optional accessory.
LCD
Annunciators
The
LCD-80F is a compact, cost-effective, 80-character, backlit LCD
remote Fire Annunciator for use with the Fire Alarm Control Panel.
The LCD-80F displays complete system point status information and
includes control switches for remote control of critical system
functions. Up to 32 LCD-80F’s may be connected onto the EIA- 485
terminal port of each MS-9600 control panel. The LCD-80F requires no
programming, which saves time during system commissioning.
Conventional
Control Panels
MS-2/MS-4 2 & 4-Zone, 24 VDC Control Panels
The
MS-4 Fire Alarm Control Panel brings the latest in microprocessor
technology to conventional fire controls. The MS-4 is compatible
with the new I3 smoke
detectors, and provide such advanced features as drift compensation,
maintenance alert, and freeze warning. Automatic synchronization of
audio/visual devices is provided, using three selections for
manufacturer protocol. The NAC protocol includes the ability to
silence audible devices while strobes continue to flash, using only
a single pair of wires. The MS-4 also is compatible with
conventional input devices such as two- and four-wire smoke
detectors, pull stations, waterflow devices, tamper switches and
other normally- open contact devices.
Conventional
Control Panels with a Built-In Communicator
MS-5210UD 10-Zone, 24 VDC with upload/download
The
MS-5210UD is a 24-volt, ten-zone fire alarm control panel with
built-in communicator and remote-site Upload/Download capability.
The integral communicator transmits event information (alarms,
troubles, supervisories, faults, etc.) to a UL listed central
station. Selectable transmission formats allow the MS-5210UD to
communicate to virtually all central stations.
Emergency
Voice Evacuation Control
Fire-Command 25/50
The
FIRE•COMMAND•25/50 is a state-of-the
art,
compact, stand-alone or slave Emergency Voice Evacuation Control
Panel (VECP). The FIRE•COMMAND•25/50 is offered in a
self-contained, cost-effective design and includes a 25 Watt, 25 VRMS audio
amplifier, commercial grade emergency communications microphone and
alert tone generator, standard. Additionally, an integral digital
message generator provides a factory prerecorded voice announcement
and field record and playback capability. A host of
field-programming options, including dual-message capability (fire,
weather, non-fire, multi-language), makes the FIRE•COMMAND•25/50
the most versatile voice evacuation system available. Suitable
applications include, but are not limited to: schools, auditoriums,
dormitories, theaters, restaurants, places of worship,
motels/hotels, office buildings, factories, etc.
Digital
Alarm Communicator Transmitters
UDACT-F
Universal DACT
The
DACT-F transmits system status to UL listed Central Station
Receivers via the public switched telephone network. The UDACT-F is
compact in size and may be mounted inside the host control panel or
may mount externally in a separate cabinet. EIA-485 annunciator
communications bus and regulated 24-volt connections are required.
The UDACT-F transmits 198 points or 56 zones when connected to the
MS-9200, up to 636 points or 99 zones when connected to the MS-9600
and 56 zones when connected to the S2000.
T-Link™
TCP/IP Communicator
Communicate
alarm signals efficiently and economically
The
T-Link communicator works within an existing intranet LAN or WAN to
communicate alarm signals to a network receiver or Reporter IP
software on a network computer. T-Link simply plugs into the PC-Link™
connection on security system control panels
Power
Supplies and Chargers
FCPS-24F
Field Charger Power Supply (6 amp/4 NACs)
The
FCPS-24F(E) is a compact, cost-effective, 6- amp remote power supply
with battery charger. The FCPS- 24F(E) may be connected to any 12-
or 24-volt Fire Alarm Control Panel or may stand alone.
Primary applications include Notification
Appliance (bell) Circuit expansion (to
support ADA requirements) or auxiliary power to support 24-volt
system accessories. The FCPS provides regulated and filtered 24 VDC
power to four Notification Appliance Circuits (two Class A [Style Z]
and two Class B [Style Y] or four Class B only). Alternately, the
four outputs may be configured as any combination of resettable/
non-resettable power outputs (optimal for powering four-wire smoke
detectors). The FCPS-24F(E) also contains a battery charger capable
of charging up to 7.0 Amp Hour batteries.
Pull
Stations BG-12
Series
The
BG-12 Series is a cost-effective, feature-packed, non-coded series
of manual fire alarm pull stations. It was designed to meet multiple
applications with the installer and end-user in mind. The BG-12
Series features a variety of models including single- and
dual-action versions.
The BG-12 Series provides Fire Alarm Control Panels, as well as
other manufacturer's controls, with a manual alarm initiating input
signal. Its innovative design, durable construction, and multiple
mounting options make the BG-12 Series to simple install, maintain,
and operate.
Conventional
Detectors
System
Sensor 100 Series low-profile detectors use state-of-the-art sensing
chambers to meet all applicable UL performance criteria. The backs
of the smoke detectors are sealed against back pressure, air flow,
and dirt. A fine mesh screen also protects the chamber against the
entry of insects. These detectors are intended for open area
protection and for use with UL listed control panels.
LED Annunciators and Relays
The
AFM and AFM-X Series Annunciator Fixed Modules are capable of
providing up to 56 zones of remote annunciation to the S2000,
MS-9200 and MS-9600 Fire Alarm Control Panels. Available in
non-expandable (AFM Series) and expandable (AFM-X Series) models,
the AFMs provide an array of LEDs to indicate zone and system
status. Additionally, certain models provide control switches to
perform critical system functions such as: ACKNOWLEDGE, SILENCE,
RESET, and DRILL remotely from the host FACP.
